Beyond the Classroom
Our students experience a curated selection of prestigious sports, academic collaborations with local elites and clinics, and real-world excursions that complement the Montessori curriculum.
Professional golf instruction introduces students to discipline, etiquette, and focused repetition in a structured outdoor setting.
Equestrian sessions emphasise responsibility, balance, and composure while fostering respect for animals and environment.
Fencing instruction develops strategic thinking, controlled movement, and disciplined response within a highly structured format.
Professional tennis coaching supports coordination, endurance, and sportsmanship through progressive skill development.
Indoor climbing sessions cultivate problem-solving, resilience, and physical strength within a supervised environment.
In collaboration with UBC-affiliated athletes, students develop athletic fundamentals through structured training.
Our accelerated mathematics programme extends beyond the standard Montessori sequence to cultivate advanced mathematical reasoning. Students participate in weekly workshops led by published mathematics educator Hossein Mousavi, focusing on conceptual understanding and problem-solving depth. Enrichment sessions through the UBC Math Circle further extend mathematical inquiry beyond the classroom. This programme is designed for students demonstrating readiness for accelerated abstract reasoning.
Led by AMI Montessori Sports certified coaches, our soccer programme integrates movement education with developmental awareness. External partnerships provide advanced technical coaching while maintaining alignment with Montessori principles of individual pacing and respect.
Elementary students engage in structured field studies to museums, cultural institutions, and local organisations. These experiences form an integral component of Montessori “Going Out,” fostering independence, civic awareness, and real-world application of classroom study.
